Bakong Village, we’ve broken ground!
Bakong Village, ULS’ first project in Siem Reap, has now broken ground and is under active construction. Ten percent of the properties are under contract during pre-sales and we’ve just launched public sales. A small showroom has been set on the ground floor of Koulen Hotel in downtown Siem Reap and our sample units will be opened to the public around Christmas.
The 105 shophouses and 245 villas are a completely new approach to residential homes in Cambodia. Starting from $61,000, we expect to complete sales by March 2020.
