A Closer Look with Mrs. KEO Sochenda (Part 4)

KEO Sochenda

This month we sit down and get up close and personal with our favorite Boss Queen, Chenda, to discuss her most favorite benefits and advantages for owning a condo at Odom.

As a real estate expert whose advice, recommendations and expertise are highly sought-after, please share with us the key benefits of owning a residence at Odom Living?

What is truly important, first and foremost is location.

The accessibility, convenience, and ease to get to all the places we need in the shortest time possible is key. For instance, living at Odom allows residents to be in the city center, it is nearby schools, close to so many food and dining options, and everything you need for day-to-day living is steps away.
Secondly, as someone who adores spending time with my family, I love that the homes are designed with such a consideration for space. Odom residences are substantially larger than the other condos found in the city, and this makes for a comfortable and warm setting.

As a nature and garden enthusiast myself, I love the sense of community aspect of the entire Odom project. Having access to outdoor green space and being able to enjoy one of the six Sky Villages will be beneficial to help break up a busy and hectic day in the city. These are just some of the advantages I see for residents, business owners, and visitors. As one of the few buildings in Phnom Penh to hold LEED-certification, this means future residents and tenants can practice a healthier and more sustainable way of living and working. I am really looking forward to seeing the green space, once the project is completed.

Throughout your career journey, from tax consulting to financial planning and most recently, as an investment advisor, how much do you love what you currently do?

I can confidently say it’s a 9!

Out of all the layouts and options at Odom Living, please let us know which is your favorite, and why?

I am truly in love with your 3-bedroom residence. From the moment I step in, I feel such a sense of warmth and feel right at home. Specifically, it’s the expansive and well-thought-out living, kitchen and dining spaces designed for spending time with family and friends. Also, I’m a huge book reader and love the option of having a space next to all the bedrooms where I can relax, read, and lounge around in.
