Senior Designer & Art Director
The primary objective of this position is to lead and inspire the Creative team and provide the strategic directions for the production of the right marketing and communications materials to deliver the best business results and lead Urban Living Solutions to the world well-known.
This job will be part of a small but critical team in leading the marketing efforts for both ULS corporate materials, as well as our growing portfolio of projects. This currently includes ULS, Odom, Rose Apple Square, Velea, Factory Phnom Penh and others. While most work will be in the real estate development sector there will be a wide array of projects allowing for creative freedom. Our core team will include a manager (this position), the Creative Director and we are currently recruiting a content strategist.
