ULS: Building communities, gaining Cambodia's global recognition.

Join us in celebrating an incredible milestone: showcasing Cambodia to millions of readers worldwide!
In December, ULS and our projects proudly brought Cambodia to the spotlight. In the feature, our founder and managing director, Leang Kean, shared his vision of “building communities for a new Cambodia” with solutions that prioritize both homeowners and community life.
ULS creates spaces designed to bring neighbors and communities together.
Bakong Village draws inspiration from traditional village life, where neighbors know each other by name and can walk everywhere within the community. Rose Apple Square, a mixed-use development, combines premium housing and office spaces while offering common areas to bring people together. Meanwhile, ODOM in Phnom Penh reimagines urban living with “community nodes,” “Sky Villages,” and 8,000 square meters of greenery to create a sense of togetherness in a vertical environment.
One part of the ODOM 8,000 SQM lushes greenery where residents can go and interact with each other.
Through these projects, ULS aims to showcase what Cambodians can achieve: international-standard developments that attract prestigious partners like the Royal Thai Consulate, Japan’s Tsutaya Bookstore, and IHG, creating impactful spaces for Cambodia and beyond.

By achieving this, ULS hopes to inspire more investors and visitors to trust Cambodia, explore its culture and history, and feel at home here. Let Cambodia surprise you and join us in spaces where people are encouraged to come together.
